Day 8

30 minute run:
-I haven't decided if its easier or harder to run without music, i mean i have to focus more on my surroundings which is a nice distraction but in the last push of the run it can be a little bit tougher than i thought

10 minutes of jump roping:
- Counting how many times I jumped definitely helps to make the jump roping easier but in the last minute or two your just waiting for the time to expire and counting kind of loses its appeal

I played some basketball over the past few days so it should take care of some cardio but I definitely have not been as into this as I had originally planned. The toughest part is either the eating habits, which I have not yet been able to break the bad ones I have, or the fact that I am pretty much doing this solo. Its always easier to have a friend to do this with but right now Im riding solo. Oh well lets see how it goes from here. Although ochem test this week means not as much working out as I would like.

Any help form anyone would be great.....

Day 1

Something clicked today and the training began. I do not know for what but for something. I can feel it this time. I figured this would be a good way to make sure I stay on this path. I doubt anyone will read this but it will be good for me.

DAY 1:
32 minutes running
10 minutes jump rope

Here we go
